Swasthya Yôga

Olá boa noite, publico um artigo sobre Swathya Yôga (Health/Therapeutic Yôga):

The term "Swasthya" is a Sanskrit word made of two elements "swa" and "stha". The first means "Self" and the second means "established", meaning that way Self-Establishment of your body and mind. This practice was discovered in India and has been developed since that time to self-realization.
Yoga could be the best healer to a person. This therapy releases a concept of taking care of the molecules of your body. It's beneficial for the health in ways that modern science is just beginning to understand. Even though it has been applied with therapeutic intention for thousand of years, Yoga Therapy is only just now emerging as a discipline itself. More health care practitioners are starting to include yôga techniques in their approach to healing and from now on there is even more yôga teachers giving a therapeutic intention to their teaching. People who have never tried yôga before are starting to consider including this practice in their treatment plan. This also provides a way of facing a disease in a better mood and with self-confidence.
Concluding, Swasthya Yôga therapy is the use of the techniques of Yôga to create, stimulate, and maintain a great state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.

Com os meus cumprimentos,
